Office of the Inspector General of Police,Union Territory Chandigarh has issued Notification for Recruitment of 94 Constable posts(Temporary basis), eligible candidates can apply before 15/11/2013 through online.

Applicants should be qualified 10+2 pass from recognized Board.
Applicants age limit must be 18-28years as on 01/1/2013.Upper Age limit Three years for Chandigarh Police employees, Two years for wards/retired/deceased Police employees, 2-5years for Police employees & up to 45years for Ex.Servicemen is applicable as per Govt.rules.
Applicants selection process will be based on all testimonials, Date of Birth verification at the time of Interview.
NOTE :
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT) will tentatively start in the month of February, 2014 in Police Lines, Sector 26, Chandigarh followed by Written Test, Driving Test & Interview.
- Police Lines, Traffic, CIO, Operations Cell, Security, Police Stations, IRS etc. and anywhere in India.
Selected applicants will get pay Scale Rs.10300-34800/-Grade pay of Rs.3200/-
