- Master Degree : any Discipline/Library Science / Information Science, documentation/Computer Science, Information technology/Public relations, Mass Communications, Journalism/Science subjects with 55% marks merit/ (for S.No.1,2,3,4,5,6,12 posts).
- Bachelor Degree : BE or B.tech/Any Discipline, Five Years Experience as Upper Division Clerk/Stenography speed of 100words/min & English Type-writing speed 45words/min/15 years experience in Police, Para – Military forces, Armed Forces of the Union/Shorthand speed of 80 words/min & English Type-writing speed 45words/min/Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology/Library Science, Information science/Science subjects with Two years experience in science laboratory in Government University/
- (S.No.4,5,7,8,9,10,11,13,14,15-21 posts).
Age limit must between 30-55years.
