- Master Degree in Commerce (M.Com) and Seven years work experience in Finance/Accounting in a Government Department/Large Public/Private Sector (S.No.1).
- Graduation in Chemistry/Physics subject and Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Mechanical/from a State Board of Technical Education (S.No.2,3,4).
- Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation/Commercial Practice, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education (S.No.5,6,)
- Graduation and PG Diploma in Materials Management or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering(S.No.7).
- ITI pass certificate and National Trade Test (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the trade of Instrument Mechanic(S.No.8-16 posts).
- VIIth Class pass and Must possess the Serang Certificate issued by the Mercantile Marine Department (S.No.17).
- SSLC pass and raining in Fire Fighting from a State Fire Force or Public Sector (S.No.18).
- IVth Class pass and Five years experience in Rigging of heavy-duty machine parts.
- VIIth Class pass and One year Certificate Course in Food Production/ Food and Beverages Service from a Government Food Craft Institute (S.No.20).
Cochin Shipyard Limited recruitment posts selection will be based on Written test and interview performance.
