Applicants must have to completed 10th Class or ITI from recognized Board.
Scouts & Guides Quota Qualification : President's Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover (or) Himalayan Wood Badge Holder OR a Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Training Guide/ Leader/Captain OR an active member of Scouts organization for at least 3years OR attended at least one event at National level and 1-2 events at State Level.
Age Limit shall between 18-33years as on 01/01/2014.Age Relaxation belonging to SC/ST-5years & OBC-3years is applicable as per Indian Govt. rules.
Selection process following
1.Written Test -50 Marks
2.Scouts and Guides qualification over and above the minimum prescribed as eligibility condition -35marks
3.Personality Test/Interview -15 marks
Total -100 marks
Processing fee for against Scout & Guide Quota Rs.40/- and category of SC/ST, Women, Minorities, Economically Backward Class and Ex. Servicemen are exempted from payment of examination fee.Fee paid by Bank Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order in the name of
