Educational Qualifications :
- Candidates should be qualified Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering (S.No.1,2,3 posts).
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or BCA (S.No.4 posts).
- Graduation and PG Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel management from a UGC/AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution (S.No.5 posts).
- Graduation or MBA or Chartered/Cost & Works Accountants from recognized Institutions in India/abroad (S.No.6 posts).
Age Limit : Junior Management Trainees age limit 27years as on 15/04/2014.upper age limit for Departmental candidates up to 50years, 5years for SC/ST & OBC-3years & PWD also is applicable as per Govt. guidelines.
Pay scale : Selected candidates get Stipend Rs.10000/- during 1st year Training period and Rs.10500/- extended after 6months of Training period.
Selection Process :
1. General Knowledge, Aptitude & Reasoning syllabus of concerned subjects.
2. Written Test
3. Personnel Interview
4. Group Discussion
selected candidates of General/OBC categories required to execute Service Agreement Bond Rs.100000/- & Rs.50000/- for SC/ST Candidates to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training.
Training Period : 18 Months.
