Educational Qualifications :
- Matriculation pass and light and heavy vehicles Driving license with basic knowledge in automobile repairing for Civilian Motor Vehicle Driver posts.
- Matriculation pass from recognized Board for Multi Tasking Staff posts.
Age Limit : Upper age limit is 5years for SC/ST, 3years for OBC and up to 35years for Departmental Candidates as per Govt. order.

Selection Process :
A.Civilian Motor Driver posts :-
1.Written Test –consisting General Intelligence, General English & General Driving Awareness for Civilian Motor Driver posts.
Time : 02Hours.
2.Skill test : Test for Driving performance skills.
B.Multi Tasking Staff :-
Written Test –consisting General Intelligence, General English & General Driving Awareness.
Application fees : Payment by using Bank Demand Draft in favoring of General Manager, High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune 411 003.
General & others have to pay application fee Rs.50/- and no fee charges for SC/ST/Ex.SM/PWD candidates.

How to Apply : Application format is available at official notification file. All required documents (educational qualifications/Date of Birth proof/Caste), Ex-servicemen should submit copies of service discharge certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, Recent passport size color photograph, DD copy Send to General Manager, High Explosives Factory, Khaki, Pane (Maharashtra) Pin Code -411 003.
NOTE :
- The appointment of selected candidates are proposed to be made in High Explosives Factory, Khadki, Pune 411 003 (Maharashtra State) But services are liable to be transferred to any Ordnance/Ordnance Equipment Factories in India.
- SC/ST candidate will be paid traveling allowances of Second Class Railway / Bus Fare as per rules for onward and return journey performed by shortest route on production of Railway receipts/Bus Ticket.
- Govt. Service/Public Sector Undertaking must submit their applications though proper channel along with the Certificate from their Head of Office/Establishment.
