Selection Process : Shortlisted candidates selection on basis of Personnel Interview performance.
- Designation-Education qualification/Experience/Publication basis.
- Tenure –Contract Term for Two years..
- Probation period-initially be on probation for a period of six months and work and conduct being satisfactory will be eligible for confirmation in appointment.
- Duties - Responsible to Deputy Vice Chancellor- Academic, Research and Consultancy.
- Housing - Staff will be provided with free housing.
- Medical Benefits - The University of Dodoma will contribute three per cent (3%) of the basic salary of the selected candidate to the National Health Insurance Fund.
