Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HIMTU) are invites application in prescribe form eligible candidates for the recruitment of 11 Non Teaching Positions (Programmer, System Analyst, Assistant Register, Assistant Accountant, Computer Assistant & Steno – typist & Clerk Posts). Vacancies Details:

Programmer : 01 post

1. Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering with 5 yeras experience in Computing.

2. MSC with PGDCA with 7 yeras experience in Computing.

3. MCA with 7 yeras experience in computing. 

4. Rs.15600-39100 pay scale + Rs.5400/- GP Per Month

System Analyst : 02 posts

1. Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Engineering with 5 yeras experience in Computing.

2. MSC with PGDCA with 7 yeras experience in Computing.

3. MCA with 7 yeras experience in computing. 

4. Rs.15600-39100 pay scale + Rs.5400/- GP Per Month

Assistant Register : 01 post

1. Good Academic record with Master Degree with atleast 55% marks Or its equivalent grade.

2. Five yeras experience as section officer/ Superintendent grade/ Personal Assistant or an equivalent.   

3. Rs.15600-39100 pay scale + Rs.5400/- GP Per Month

Assistant Accountant : 01 post

1. B.Com Degree from a Recognized Or any institute duly recognized by State or central Govt.

2. Having knowledge of Computer Applications.

3. Rs.10300-34800 pay scale + Rs.4400/- GP Per Month

Computer Assistant Cum Clerk : 01 post

1. Should have passed 10+2 exam or equivalent from a recognized board of School education or university.

2. Typing Speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.

3. Rs.5910-20200 pay scale + Rs.2000/- GP Per Month

Steno -  Typist : 01 post

1. should have passed 10+2 exam or its equivalent from a recognized board of School education.

2. Shorthand and typewriting on computers in Both languages (English & Hindi).

3. Speed in Shorthand
English : 60 WPM
Hindi : 60 WPM
4. Speed in typewriting on Computers
English : 25 WPM
Hindi : 25 WPM

5. Rs.5910-20200 pay scale + Rs.2000/- GP Per Month

Clerk : 04 Posts

1. 10+2 exam Or equivalent from a recognized Board of School education Or university.

2. Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.

3. Rs.5910-20200 pay scale + Rs.1900/- GP Per Month.

Age Limit:

Candidates age limit must be between 18 – 45 yeras as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age relaxation will be applicable as per norms.

Examination Fee:

General Category : Rs.500/-

S.C. of H.P./S.T. of H.P./O.B.C. OF H.P. : Rs.125/-

Ex-Servicemen of H.P. : No Application fee

Payment of Application fee through demand draft  drawn in favour of Finance Officer, H.P. Technical University, payable at Hamirpur.

Selection Mode:

The selection process will be made on the basis of Screening test or Examination Or Viva-Voce test.
